Where will the SnowPark be built?

It seems that not having to traipze across the country - or the world - to go skiing or boarding is not good enough for Perth residents.  From the feedback we have received you don't even want to have to cross town!

A number of potential locations for the SnowPark are currently under consideration. Urban redevelopment areas such as Midland or Armadale are logical candidates for a major drawcard such as the Snowpark but transport, centrality, availability of a sufficiently sized parcel of land and the topography of the area are all factors that must be taken into account.

A site of up to 12 hectares, ideally with a one in four slope of at least 400 metres and well situated for public and private transport. That's the essence of the requirements identified for the Snowpark site in the call for Expressions of Interest released on March 15.
